Job summary

Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Advance Practice Nurse (1099) to support intake processes and ongoing medication management for patients in a coordinated care setting.

The role requires an active NP/APRN license and DEA, with at least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience, board certification, and the ability to work in-office at least 5 hours per week. Credentialing may take several weeks to months.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered State License (NP/APRN).
• Active, Individual DEA registered to the applying state.
• DEAX designation or SAMHSA-qualified training proof.
• Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Active Board Certification.
• Ability to work in-office at least 5 hours per week.
• Eligibility for hours about 3 months after credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in intakes after counselor evaluation.
• Monitor patients' progress in group sessions and manage medication dosing.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
• Complete notes and reporting in Groups EMR within required timelines.
• Follow strict protocols and participate in a technology-driven, team-based system.
