You’ll also handle advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments and prescribing treatments while collaborating with the facility’s care team to ensure high-quality resident care and strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas APN licensure (APN) and DEA license.
• Previous nursing or clinical experience.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.
