Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a SNF setting. The NP will serve as clinical leader, collaborating with the facility care team to oversee residents, handle admissions, discharges, and regular assessments, and supervise care plans and treatments.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, active Texas APN license, and DEA license, plus nursing/clinical experience and strong communication/teams skills.
