Responsibilities

• Assess, history and physical, and contribute to patient plan of care.
• Maintain patient medical records according to established standards.
• Communicate with supervising physician(s) to review records and care plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and other agencies to ensure optimal patient care.
• Work independently and as part of the clinical team.
