The role focuses on relationship-driven care for seniors and medically complex patients, without the pressures of traditional clinic productivity models. You’ll manage 8–10 patients per day with flexible scheduling to start your day, build long-term relationships with families and caregivers, and prioritize quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Practice/Organization Details:

• Care for a manageable 8-10 patients per day, allowing for thoughtful, comprehensive visits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary up to 75th% MGMA
• Monthly vehicle allowance plus reimbursement for state licensure and DEA expenses
