Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for 27.5 hours per week in Rock Hill, SC. This onsite role involves delivering evidence-based family care, performing exams, and coordinating comprehensive care plans with the clinic team.

The position requires a Family NP Master's degree, current NBC, and a state APN license, plus a willingness to obtain multi-state licensures. Expect collaborative care and varied administrative duties in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
• Perform routine examinations and routine diagnostic tests to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• Manage patient appointments, verify insurance, and perform administrative duties including clinic opening/closing and maintaining a clean environment.
• Engage patients in health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

Critical Information

• Remote/On-site: Onsite as needed
• Schedule/Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays, every other weekend
