Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around LaGrange, GA. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive home assessment training, with travel reimbursements and dedicated scheduling support.

Qualified NPs will perform non-invasive physicals, review medical histories, and document findings while ensuring patient safety and quality care in the home setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and NP license
• Active State NP license
• Active National board certification
• Current BLS certification
• 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required

Position Summary

Qualified Nurse Practitioners interested inthispositionwill have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting. Unlike a typical clinic visit, this role allows NPs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.
