Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our TN network at Cookeville, Pigeon Forge, Dyersburg, Clarksville and Nashville-area sites. You will practice relationship-based medicine with wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education for patients and families.

Active licensure as an NP with ANCC/AANP board certification is required; DEA number is preferred; CPR/BLS certification is required at start date.

Qualifications

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider preferred per state regulation.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• DEA number preferred; may be required for prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education.
• Establish and maintain ongoing patient relationships with a focus on outcomes.
• Manage routine wellness visits and urgent care needs across multiple sites.
