Health and Safety Council® seeks a Medical Provider (NP/PA) to evaluate and treat patients across Gulf Coast sites. You will oversee medical staff, perform minor procedures, and participate in telemedicine evaluations as needed.
Ideal candidates hold a certified NP or PA license, can work independently, and are committed to ongoing medical education and compliance with licensing boards. Travel to various locations and after-hours availability are expected.
A 30+ year company supports the petrochemical and manufacturing industry domestically and internationally and is positioned along the Gulf Coast providing training, occupational medicine, and innovative solutions to industry. The Medical Provider works under the direct supervisor of the Regional Medical Director in evaluating and treating patients. He or she may also assists in minor surgical procedures following occupational injuries.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle training equipment and tools, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The Nurse Practicioner reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This position does not have direct reports.
