Qualifications
Board Certification as an Adult, Adult-Geriatric or Family Nurse Practitioner required.
6 months nurse practitioner experience in Primary Care/Internal Medicine.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Responsibilities
Provide clinic-based care primarily in Noblesville.
Develop and implement clinical plans of care for chronic conditions.
