Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to plan and direct delivery of primary health care and education programs with MHPCA. You will provide care to patients and families, model MLH values, and support a mission-driven culture focused on service and excellence.

The role emphasizes patient-family centric care, collaboration with physicians and staff, and adherence to established protocols to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing is required.
• Licensure as RN in Tennessee and Advanced Practice Nurse in Tennessee is required.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification is required by AANP.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Pediatric NP and other certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in the assigned center per approved protocols.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by the Medical Director or collaborating physician.
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to promote quality patient care.
• Adhere to practice policies, procedures, goals and standards.
• Develop strong partnerships with patients and families to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
