Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• National Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Ohio State Licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).
• Ohio Prescriptive Authority and DEA License.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients in a clinic setting.
• Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Triage patients and provide emergency treatment as necessary.
• Conduct in-service training and monitor clinical staff skills.
• Teach and mentor health professional students as a preceptor.
