Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a provider-led primary care practice in Shady Cove, OR in seeking a board-certified nurse practitioner for its family medicine team to meet rising patient demand. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; no nights, phone calls, or weekends.

The package includes a $10k sign-on, $10k relocation, 75th percentile base with bonuses, ample PTO, full benefits, and loan repayment options, plus dedicated MA and AI Scribing support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with family medicine/primary care experience.
• Active NP license/cerification in Oregon.
• Ability to work Mon–Thu 8am–5pm with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide bread-and-butter primary care in a clinic setting.
• No night, on-call, or weekend shifts.
• Support from dedicated MA and AI Scribing.
