The provider will follow patients across acute and wellness visits, use EMR proficiently, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Local candidates preferred; CME opportunities available; competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies.
• 2+ years of Family Practice experience.
• Certified and licensed APRN.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR required.

Mansioni
