Methodist Hospitals is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services under license in a physician office practice setting in Indiana. You will perform physical exams, identify care needs across adolescent to geriatric patients, and lead program development with the medical staff.

Must maintain current NP licensure, demonstrate clinical leadership, and engage in continuing education to support quality patient care within the practice.

• Assists in identifying program development areas and develops implementation plans.
• Identifies patient educational needs and designs a comprehensive education plan.
• Performs complete physical exams and documents findings.
• Provides leadership and direction for the program and office staff.
• Supports activities of medical director and physicians through consultation and care activities.
