Responsibilities

• Provide independent primary care in a correctional healthcare setting.

• Obtain histories and develop care plans using POMR format.
• Supervise or coordinate activities of clinical staff.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments.
• Participate in health policy and procedure development.
