Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of work experience; 4 years in a large medical practice preferred.
• Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State and CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and patient education.
• Orders lab work and prescribes treatment as necessary.
• Maintains documentation and reviews records.
