Job summary

Premier Health Family Care Kettering seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to deliver primary care in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff, ensuring continuity of medical services under supervision.

Responsibilities vary by position and specialty; must be accessible to physicians and supervisors. Strong communication skills and HIPAA compliance are required; EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Certified NP (FNP) with Ohio licensure.
• Current Certificate to Prescribe.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience; 1 year FNP preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA and professional discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Computer literacy incl. Excel, Word, Outlook; EMR experience (EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary primary health care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Assess medical history, perform exams, and interpret findings.
• Ensure continuity of medical services under supervision and supervise staff as applicable.
