Who Are We?
Our leading nonprofit client has been providing addiction treatment since 1974, aiming to reduce substance use challenges across diverse and underserved communities. We focus on delivering high-quality, inclusive services to people from all walks of life, including women, men, youth, LGBTQ, and BIPOC individuals. Our approach is rooted in integrity, compassion, respect, and professionalism, offering residential treatment, withdrawal management, and sobering programs that help individuals live healthier, fulfilling lives.
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of quality medical care. You will conduct health assessments, monitor patients, and prescribe withdrawal management medications, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). You’ll collaborate closely with the Medical Director to ensure clients receive the necessary care and refer them to specialists when appropriate.
In this role, you’ll help individuals with substance use challenges—often with co-occurring conditions—by providing compassionate care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation in a supportive and inclusive work environment. You’ll empower individuals to transition from hopelessness to a place of hope and potential.
