No prescribing or treatment is involved. We emphasize a supportive, collaborative work environment, work-life balance, and a flexible schedule with 1–2 in-person days weekly.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
• Experience with Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams preferred.
• Prior experience in primary care is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge across general medical practice.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with computers and related software.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations tailored to each case.
• Review patient medical history and analyze case evidence files to extract relevant information.
• Complete detailed reports for Veterans’ Compensation and Pension Exams.
• Collaborate effectively with management, support team members, and partner organizations.
• Utilize computer-based tools for examinations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
