Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct routine rounds, evaluate mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
