Eventus WholeHealth is hiring a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct rounds, assess mental health conditions, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ well-being and quality of life.

Current NP or PA licensure in the practicing state is required.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for a limited time.

Position Summary:

As a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services within skilled nursing and senior living communities. This role includes routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being. You will work closely with facility partners to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and promote a therapeutic environment.
