Theoria Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to serve skilled nursing facilities in Burgaw, NC. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy and a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

Your QualificationsAdvanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants). Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
