Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for outpatient care in the Pain Management department. The role is full-time (M-F, 40 hrs/wk) with no on-call or weekends, at Temple Main with potential rotation to Episcopal, Jeanes, and Chestnut Hill campuses.
The APP will conduct exams, diagnose, prescribe treatments, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivers comprehensive medical care and care coordination across clinical specialties in collaboration with licensed physicians and healthcare teams. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medical therapeutics, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, assisting in surgical procedures, and counseling patients on preventive care. The APP contributes to a safe, therapeutic, and inclusive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care, respecting each individual's age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic background, and culture. All care is provided ethically, professionally, and in accordance with licensure guidelines and scope of practice.
