Optigy Group seeks a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our near-site employer-sponsored clinic in Fairfield, CA. The role offers a compensatory range of $170k-$190k with a non-production, value-based care model and a supervising physician for support.

You will provide full-scope family practice, see a mixed patient panel, and work with an on-site dispensary and MA team. Shifts include mornings and occasional longer days; excellent benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• NP or PA certification required.
• Outpatient/family practice experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity in Fairfield, CA – 15 Minutes toNapa Valley

COMPENSATION: $170k-$190k

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic Fairfield, CA.

We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Role: – typical day in the life

• Compensation: $170-$185 (based on experience)
• Non-Production based compensation model – Value Based Care not RVU
• Need: 1 Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Supervising Physician available for support
• Full range of Family Practice
• Patient demographics: 50/45 men/women, 5% Children (ages 2+)
• Clinical Support Staff: MA
• Good mix of annual wellness and episodic care along with chronic disease management
• Average patients visit 20 minutes (follow up), 60-minute annual visit
• 12-15 people a day in the busy season, during harvest is closer to 5 a day
• Work with MA, dispense medications
• Onsite Dispensary
• Onsite Lab
• Shifts: Mon, Wed -7a-5p; Tues, Thurs 10a-7p; Fri 8a-12p (1hr. paid lunch break daily)

Requirements:

• NP Current ANCC or AANP board certification
• PA Current NCCPA board certification
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred Minimum 2 years outpatient experience
