HealthOp Solutions is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient neurology team in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with minimal travel, in a collaborative clinic.

The ideal candidate provides comprehensive neurologic care, collaborates with physicians, orders and interprets tests, and educates patients while maintaining high standards of quality and patient-centered service. Salary range is $120,000 to $170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license and DEA certification.
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient neurology setting.
• Evaluate, assess, and manage patients with neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order, interpret, and review appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
