TEEMA GROUP is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Medical Oncology and Hematology team in the United States. This role focuses on building meaningful patient relationships and managing medically complex cases within a multidisciplinary setting.

The ideal candidate thrives on education, teamwork, and ongoing development in oncology while supporting patients through treatments and follow-up care.

Formación

• Master’s degree required for NP or PA licensure.
• Unrestricted NP or PA state license, or eligibility.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, perform assessments, and develop care plans.
• Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions within scope.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and tests.
• Prescribe and manage medications per state rules.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, chemo, immunotherapies, and care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, specialists, and others.
• Follow up on test results and medication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement.

Oncology experience preferred, but not required!

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Medical Oncology and Hematology team.

This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, caring for medically complex patients, and working closely with physicians and clinical teams. Providers with strong clinical skills and an interest in developing expertise in oncology are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions within your scope of practice.

Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.

Prescribe and manage medications and therapeutic treatments as permitted by state regulations.

Monitor treatment response, manage symptoms, and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians.

Educate patients and families about diagnoses, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications, and ongoing care.

Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

Follow up on test results, medication needs, and patient concerns.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or an equivalent advanced practice degree.

Current, unrestricted NP or PA state license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Current DEA registration or ability to obtain as required.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Infusion, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty is a plus. Experience caring for medically complex patients and familiarity with oncology treatments are also helpful.

Previous oncology experience is not required. We welcome providers who are motivated to grow your knowledge and skills in this specialty.
