Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Joplin, MO area. The role is part-time with a potential for expansion, starting around September 8, 2026.

The APP will work under a physician, manage chronic conditions, assess and diagnose, order tests, and coordinate with families and caregivers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA in Missouri.
• 1–2 years in primary care with geriatric patients; hospice a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

Job description

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Joplin, MO area on a part-time basis. We would love for an APP to begin with us on September 8, 2026, so if you are looking for a fast start, we would love to hear from you!

You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Joplin, MO.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You'll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Missouri
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
