Compensation: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually withadditional earning potential through MedNOW’s RVU Production Payment Model

POSITION SUMMARY

MedNOW Clinics is seeking a skilled and compassionate NursePractitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centered teamin Thornton, Colorado.We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish)professional to support our diverse patient population and ensure clear,effective communication.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensivecare to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with ourmultidisciplinary team of physicians, clinicians, and support staff. You’llhave the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient outcomes throughpreventive care, chronic disease management, and health education — all whilemaintaining the flexibility and autonomy of an outpatient setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providedirect patient care, including health histories, physical exams,diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Orderand interpret laboratory and imaging studies; prescribe and managemedications within scope.
• Educatepatients about conditions, medications, preventive care, and lifestylemanagement.
• Collaboratewith supervising physicians and colleagues for complex or specializedcases.
• Participatein Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)initiatives.
• UtilizeMedNOW’s multimodal care model, including referrals for behavioral health,physical therapy, and nutrition services.
• Maintainaccurate, timely documentation and coding in Athena EHR.
• Staycurrent with medical advancements through continued education andtraining.

Scope of Work

• Completeand close documentation within 48 hours of patient encounter.
• Modelprofessionalism, integrity, and teamwork across all clinic operations.
• Maintaincurrent licensure, DEA registration, board certification, andcredentialing requirements.
• Developindividualized care plans that reflect patients’ cultural, psychological,and social needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currentand unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license and furnishing number
• CurrentDEA license
• CurrentBLS certification
• Demonstratedexperience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Strongunderstanding of chronic care and preventive medicine
• Excellentcommunication, organization, and documentation skills
