Althing Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. You will work alongside clinicians and staff to deliver high-quality primary care, occupational health, and urgent care services.

• Minnesota license to practice medicine is required.
• Board-certified NP or PA with current CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred.
• Strong bedside manner and passion for healthcare innovation.
• Proficient with EMRs; experience with Athenais a significant plus.
• No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative clinical workflows and care models.
• Provide clinical services for corporate health partners and community health initiatives.
