EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Diabetes and Endocrinology team. The position offers a collaborative physician-led health system with opportunities to lead, mentor, and contribute to weight management and lifestyle education for patients.

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Practitioners: 4 MDs, 1 APP, and 1 Pharmacist. This role provides a supportive, multidisciplinary environment on the Seattle East Side.

Wage Range: $144,000 - $180,000per year

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
