Job summary

Bespoke Psychiatry in Decatur, IL is hiring Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join a growing long-term care psychiatry team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists to deliver high-quality patient care.

We seek candidates with IL licensure or in process, an APN/PA master’s degree, and prescriptive authority eligibility. PMHNP certification is preferred but not required; BCLS is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current IL license or be in process.
• Master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• PMHNP Board Certification preferred but not required.
• Eligible for Prescriptive Authority in Illinois.
• BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Bespoke Psychiatryis a growing psychiatric practice looking forNurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants.Our group provides the highest quality of psychiatric care in the long term care setting.

We have an immediate need forPMHNPs, APNs, or PAsin Decaur, IL and surrounding areas.

Our group is unique to any other group out there as you as a provider will have access to supervision and be able to discuss complex cases with two board-certified psychiatrists. In our experience, new graduates and even seasoned providers want someone with whom they can discuss difficult cases. We have two psychiatrists who not only see patients but also love to teach and discuss cases.

We want passionate people who share a team spirit and a positive attitude with coworkers, facility staff, and patients. Empathy, problem-solving skills, and strong communication are vital to the role.

Requirements
