MultiCare Health System in Spokane, WA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an Internal Medicine panel. This full-time position emphasizes comprehensive primary care, prevention and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting.

The ARNP/PA will collaborate with physicians, RNs, pharmacists and other professionals to provide high-quality care while supporting wellness initiatives and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State NP or PA license.
• DEA and state prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: conduct assessments, diagnose, develop plans and prescribe for primary care patients across lifespan.
• Population Health and Clinical Quality: support preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.

The ARNP will provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on prevention, chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse patient populations. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $161,800.00 - $170,600.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
