West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver mobile advanced wound care to patients in their homes and SNFs around Philadelphia, PA.

You will travel locally within your designated region, perform wound care procedures, educate patients, document findings, and coordinate with care teams. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required auto liability insurance; local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile wound care procedures in patients' homes or SNFs.
• Assess and document wound status and plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on wound management.
• Coordinate with the care team for treatment updates.
• Maintain accurate patient records during visits.
• Debridement and wound care product application as prescribed.
• Comply with licensure, safety, and privacy regulations.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.

This position is looking for candidates living in Philadelphia, PA and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Philadelphia, PA area.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in PA.

This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.

No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient
• Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care
• Define and document patient diagnoses
• Assure all patients are completely satisfied
• Patient education and management
• Debridement of wounds by various methods completed safely during the patient visit
• Application of topical wound care and other wound management products
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes
