West Coast Wound is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide mobile advanced wound care in patients' homes in the Pasadena area. You will travel locally within your region to see patients, with comprehensive training provided. CA licensure is required and this is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA in CA.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and liability insurance; local travel required.
• No experience needed; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure patient satisfaction with care.
• Educate patients and manage care.
• Debride wounds using appropriate methods during visits.
• Apply topical wound care products and other wound care supplies.
• Document findings and treatment course in the patient chart including follow-ups.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.

This position is looking for candidates living in Pasadena, CA and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout the Pasadena area.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in CA.

This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.

No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient
• Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care
• Define and document patient diagnoses
• Assure all patients are completely satisfied
• Patient education and management
• Debridement of wounds by various methods completed safely during the patient visit
• Application of topical wound care and other wound management products
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes
