Job summary

Cornerstone Healthcare Consulting and Management in Naples, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the primary clinical leader for its first location. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license.
• Graduate degree from an accredited program and appropriate current national certification.
• Three or more years of strong adult clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in adult primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, concierge, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong listener and communicator who can explain medical concepts to patients.
• Approachable, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
• DEA eligibility as required; current BLS; ACLS required or obtained shortly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and longitudinal follow-up visits.
• Obtain and synthesize medical histories including nutrition, sleep, lifestyle.
• Review and interpret routine and advanced laboratory testing.
• Integrate DEXA/body composition, VO2/RMR, CGM, sleep, wearable health data when appropriate.
• Develop individualized care plans addressing prevention, weight management, and hormone health.
• Prescribe and manage medications within Florida law and scope.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, labs, pharmacies, and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coach and develop clinical team members and promote accountability.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

A new, highly personalized medical practice in Naples is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the primary clinical leader at its first location.

The practice is focused on helping patients achieve optimal health, function, and longevity through comprehensive medical evaluation, advanced laboratory testing, body composition and metabolic assessment, continuous and wearable health data, individualized treatment plans, and selected longevity and recovery modalities.

The successful candidate will have the time and resources to understand patients comprehensively, develop individualized plans, and work closely with physician leadership and a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and lead others. We are looking for someone who can build team confidence, provide thoughtful and respectful feedback, and help maintain high standards of clinical care and accountability.

Previous functional, concierge, optimization, or longevity medicine experience is helpful but not required. Substantial initial and ongoing training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and longitudinal follow-up visits.
• Obtain and synthesize medical, medication, family, nutritional, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, and other relevant health histories.
• Review and interpret routine and advanced laboratory testing.
• Integrate DEXA/body composition, VO2/RMR, CGM, sleep, wearable, and other health data when clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized care plans addressing prevention, cardiometabolic risk, weight management, hormone health, performance, recovery, and healthy aging.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatments within applicable Florida law and professional scope.
• Perform medication reconciliation and monitor treatment effectiveness, adverse effects, interactions, and contraindications.
• Educate patients so they clearly understand their findings, treatment options, and care plans.
• Determine when specialty referral, urgent evaluation, or emergency care is appropriate.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, laboratories, pharmacies, specialists, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in protocol development, patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and clinical education.
• Help establish and continuously improve clinical standards for the practice.
• Coach and support members of the clinical team, provide constructive feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and exceptional patient care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license.
• Graduate degree from an accredited program and appropriate current national certification.
• Three or more years of strong adult clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in adult primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, endocrinology, obesity medicine, cardiometabolic medicine, concierge medicine, or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong listener and communicator who can make complex medical concepts understandable to patients.
• Highly organized, curious, collaborative, and accountable.
• Comfortable working in a growing organization and helping build clinical processes from the ground up.
• Appropriate prescribing authority and DEA eligibility as required.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification required or obtained shortly after hire.

Compensation & Training

Compensation includes a base salary of $140,000–$150,000, plus participation in a monthly team performance bonus based on objective performance and membership-related KPIs.
