Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a growing family practice in Houston, TX.

This direct-hire, full-time role offers outpatient primary care for patients ages 10 and up, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will perform preventive screenings, physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage medications, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of primary care provider experience.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Accredited physician assistant or advanced practice nursing degree and national certification.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification; DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 10+, including preventive screenings, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, diagnostics, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and support quality care initiatives.

The Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients of ages 10+, including preventive screenings, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient education. The FNP will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and support quality care initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of primary care provider level experience
• Current, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Accredited physician assistant or advanced practice nursing degree and national certification
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
