Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team delivering high‑quality, value‑based care to seniors. You will work with physicians, pharmacists, and care coaches to coordinate care across outpatient clinics and home-based services in the Covington area.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• You will have a Master’s Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
• You will have an active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.

Additional Information:

• You’ll report to the Area Medical Director
• This is an in‑person role.
• You will support 3 of our outpatient clinics in the area.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
