What The Role Involves

As a full- or part-time Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant, you\'ll spend your day meeting with patients, managing medication reduction plans, and having important goals of care conversations to develop long-term health plans for each patient. In this nursing role, you\'ll work closely with the MedCap Health team yet have the autonomy to make decisions and craft individualized care plans. WORK SCHEDULE
