Job summary

West Coast Wound is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care across the Houston area, traveling to patient homes and SNFs. Must be licensed in TX with CPR certification and strong patient communication. Roles include full-time, part-time and 1099 options; Malpractice insurance provided.

On-the-road work with local travel required. This is not a remote position; you will drive to patient homes and facilities in Baytown/East Houston and surrounding

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA in TX.
• CPR Certification required.
• Effective communication skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures as needed for plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Assure all patients are completely satisfied.
• Educate patients and manage care.
• Debride wounds using various methods during visits.
• Apply topical wound care and other wound care products.
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, including follow-up notes.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.

This position is looking for candidates living in Baytown/ East Houston, TX and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Houston area.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in TX.

This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.

No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:
