Job summary

HealthCARE Express seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time urgent care in AR with a broad patient age range. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat, working 12-hour shifts with pay starting at $65/hour based on experience.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at HealthCARE Express, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities Include

• Obtaining patient histories and performing physical examinations

When established protocols are not in place, you'll help lead the clinic by supervising and mentoring medical staff with a focus on teaching, coaching, and professionalism. We believe great leaders build others up and create an environment where teammates can learn, grow, and succeed.

Flexibility is important in this role. You'll be expected to cross-train when needed, occasionally assist with responsibilities outside your normal scope of practice, and step in wherever you can to support the team.
