Qualifications

• Current CME credits.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Completion of an approved NP training program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments under the direction of the designated physician.
• Maintains patient medical records and confidentiality.
• Provides age- and gender-appropriate health education and counseling.
• Collaborates with Medical Director or collaborating physician as needed.
• Obtain medical histories, perform physical assessments, and order/interpret tests.
