Job summary

Sturdy Health Primary Care - Norton is seeking a part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient office in Norton, MA. You will provide direct patient care, build long-term relationships, and focus on preventive, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Passion for primary care and community health delivery.
• Graduate of an accredited Adult/Gerontology NP, Family Medicine NP, or PA program.
• Current MA RN/NP or PA license or eligibility for licensure in MA.
• Maintains DEA registration and MA Controlled Substance Registration.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• 1–2 years of Primary Care experience as NP or PA.

Part‑time schedule (20 hours)

Requirements:

• A passion for primary care
• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Adult/Gerontology nurse practitioner, Family Medicine nurse practitioner program, or physician assistant program
• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
• Must have or eligible for, and maintain, a current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
• Current certification in CPR required
• Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
