Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Boone County, MO. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the ability to set your own schedule while visiting patients in their homes.

You will conduct HRAs, document findings, obtain vitals and BMI, review medications, and educate families on preventive care. Compensation is $90 per completed assessment with mileage reimbursements and no-show pay.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri required.
• Experience with Health Risk Assessments (HRA) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for patients in Boone County MO. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)
• Identify and document acute and chronic medical conditions
• Obtain vital signs and calculate BMI
• Review medications and pharmacological therapy
• Perform a physical examination
• Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and social health needs
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Part-time, flexible scheduling
• Set your own hours
• Visits available 7 days a week
• Minimum commitment of 8–10 hours per week

Compensation:

• $90 per completed in-home assessment
