Job summary

NIVA Health in Troy, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who believes in healing beyond prescriptions. You will lead comprehensive wellness consultations, administer Nutritional IV Therapy, and conduct Executive Physicals to uncover root causes of fatigue and chronic symptoms.

You’ll educate patients to pursue drug-free, long-term wellness with a team of like-minded providers. We value proactive, personal care, ongoing learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license (APRN) and MSN or equivalent.
• Advanced Practice certification.
• 2+ years in wellness, integrative, or regenerative care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and passion for holistic health.
• Willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive wellness consultations with time to listen to patients.
• Administer Nutritional IV Therapy and Executive Physicals to address root causes.
