CompleteCare in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care within our community health setting. You will work with patients across the lifespan, perform history taking, exams, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications per NJ guidelines, documenting accurately, coordinating referrals, and educating patients to improve health outcomes.

Qualificações

• Unrestricted NJ NP license and recognition to practice as NP.
• Prescriptive authority and Board certification maintained.
• Active CPR certification and ability to work in clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess bio/psycho/social/spiritual health status via history, data collection and exam.
• Assist staff nurses to facilitate care for walk-in patients.
• Document accurately according to site standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and others to implement the care plan.
• Prescribe or judge pharmacologic agents per NJ guidelines.
• Dispense/administer/prescribe medications according to policy.
• Order and follow up on labs and diagnostics; educate patients.
• Provide referral and case management as appropriate.
