Job summary

Serotonin Centers in Naperville, IL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team focused on Women’s and Men’s Health, anti-aging therapies, and BHRT.

In this concierge, membership-based practice, you will conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, order labs, and collaborate with health coaches. No on-call, no holidays; part-time or per diem options available.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or PA licensure in good standing.
• Experience in weight loss, longevity, and hormone replacement therapy is preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, evaluate and diagnose, and propose individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs; maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide client care with focus on Women’s and Men’s Health, Anti-Aging Therapy, Hormonal Imbalances, IV therapy, Functional Medicine, Weight Management, and Aesthetics.
• Collaborate with Health Coach for comprehensive weight management; present Center Membership options with team assistance.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to manage membership details; maintain flexible scheduling (part-time or per diem/locums).
• No call, no nights, no holidays, no Sundays; concierge, membership-based model with no insurance/billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Preferably experience in weight loss, longevity and HRT but will train right candidate
• Nurse Practitioner or PA State Licensure and all appropriate credentials. NP preferred.
• Strong background in Women's and Men's Health, Anti-Aging Therapy, and Aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly in a collaborative, supporting environment and willingness to continue learning new concepts.
