Indiana University Health in Carmel, IN seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urogynecology team at IU Health North Hospital. This full-time, day-shift role is based in Carmel, Indiana, with no call and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

possible). The selected candidate will work with 3 APPs and 3 physicians, treat patients with pelvic organ prolapse and related conditions, and perform urogynecologic procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• ACNP, AGNP, FNP, WHNP or PA certification considered.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in Urology gynecology as APP or RN or in Gynecology/Urology.

• Seeing new and return patients.
• Working with multidisciplinary team.
• Follow-up on testing, lab results, and plans of care.

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our Urogynecology team!This is a new position to the team and will be practicing at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, IN.

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday, open to 8a to 4:30p
  • No Call schedule
• Working directly with 3APP'sand working directly with 3physicians
• Patients with pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor disorders, urine and stool incontinence and recurrent UTI's

Procedures:

• Urodynamic studies, pessary fitting, vulvar biopsies, endometrial biopsies, and PTNS-percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation,

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeing new and return patients
• Working with multidisciplinary team
• Follow-Up on testing, lab results and plans of care

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required

• 2 years clinical experience
