Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Tulsa, OK region on a full-time basis.

You will perform examinations, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and caregivers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Board certification in NP or PA and Oklahoma licensure.
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.

Responsabilités

Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Tulsa, Oklahomaregion on a full time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Tulsa, OK
• Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

What You'll Need:

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• $130,000+ (depending on experience and with other incentives) (Full Time)
