Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our Berkeley Shattuck office, managing a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will perform in-office procedures, support telehealth visits, and collaborate with both in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, teamwork, and technology-enabled practice.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with a fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in Berkeley, CA at our Berkeley Shattuck office.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
